Anthony is a well-rounded professional, seasoned in the construction trades and fostering client relationships throughout his career. During his building related journey - spanning 35 years - he added skills in stonework, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and finish carpentry. In addition to his technical, customer focused proficiency, Anthony is known for his dedicated strong work ethic, creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Anthony owns and maintains several commercial residential buildings. So he understands budgets, timelines and quality control. His is always willing to go the extra mile for friends, family, and clients.

Anthony has residences in both PA and NJ. He has given back to the community in roles as Site Supervisor with Habitat For Humanity and construction director of area religious / non-profits. Ronald is one of the co-founders of PT Mechanical Group and is responsible for the strategic decisions that impact both the construction and service divisions and plans that dictate the future direction of the business.

After his years in Local 420 Steamfitters Ron joined Fluidics in 1980 as a foreman. Rising through the ranks, Ron had the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. In 2003 Ron became a joint owner of Fluidics. In 2014 Ron was named President & CEO of the company.

Ron attended West Point’s CPP program and continued his leadership development with Penn State’s Executive and Engineering programs.

Believing that with success comes responsibility Ron co-created the PT Mechanical Charitable Foundation with Rich Cooper in 2018. The Foundation has been able to directly contribute to several worthwhile organizations.

Edward (Ed) Siegler is a well-seasoned, operations based professional with over thirty-four years of extensive experience in the field relating to a wide variety of facilities. While always maintaining focus on the needs of the client, Ed has a proven track record of cost-savings and self-performance initiatives which have produced not only budget friendly results, but multiple expansion of scopes to the clients he has served.

Ed’s current assignment is the design, completion, and management of a multi-million-dollar, state-of-the-art research facility for a major pharmaceutical company in the Philadelphia region. His extensive experience has enabled the client to not only occupy the facility earlier than expected, but at an overall reduced cost. He manages and oversees the pilot program for self-performance in the maintenance department, as well as all other aspects of the facility inclusive of, but not limited to the janitorial and security needs for the site. Prior to this, Ed managed a 2.2 million square foot pharmaceutical site, as well as 1.2 million square foot multi-tenant, mixed use (office, retail, and residential) Class-A marquee Philadelphia high-rise building. From campus settings, to pharmaceutical, to high-rises, and everything in-between, Ed has the knowledge and expertise to offer any client a solid plan to efficiently manage their facility.

Prior to Ed’s experience in the field, he received his degree in Electrical Power Technology from The Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades in Media, Pennsylvania. He also holds multiple trade certificates and certifications in commercial and residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Currently, Ed is working on obtaining his CFM.

Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics in 2012, and is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMI), where she is presently working toward an RPA designation.

Elizabeth has invested the majority of her professional career in the Philadelphia commercial real estate market. She is a long-time resident of Southern New Jersey, where she presently resides with her husband and two children.

WILLIAM DORELL

CHIEF ENGINEER / OPERATIONS MANAGER

William is a seasoned operations veteran with over thirty years of experience in the field. While maintaining a decorum of professionalism and grace, Bill has operated and maintained some of the east coast’s most challenging and difficult assignments. His extensive operations knowledge and experience has been an excellent and integral part of whatever account he has served upon.

Bill’s current assignment is the operations and maintenance of a high profile, 1.5 million square foot Class-A retail and office complex in the Philadelphia region. His extensive experience in fabrication as well as operations has allowed Bill to operate the facility with mastery and ease, allowing the client to focus on more pressing capital needs. From old-fashioned forging to solid logical and technical decisions, Bill has shown the unswerving ability to operate the most challenging assignments. In addition to the oversight of the maintenance program, Bill oversees all janitorial and security aspects of his assignment.

Prior to his current assignment, Bill was a traveling troubleshooter. If there was an issue causing difficulty for the on-site team, he was sent in to analyze, provide options, and see the issue through to completion, working side-by-side with the on-site teams. Additionally, Bill’s prior experience was overseeing the maintenance and operations of three antiquated City of Philadelphia buildings, each offering some of the most extremely unique and challenging situations. Bill’s skill-set enabled him to handle such a demanding position with ease.

Bill holds his Philadelphia Class A engineering license as well as his universal refrigeration certification through the Refrigeration Service and Engineering Society. He is also a proud member of the Philadelphia branch of BOMA.
